APARTMENT REVIEWS IN North Logan

Great Place To Live We have lived here for more than 4 years. The apartments are great -- nicely laid out and the appliances and built-ins are solid. The grounds are clean and very well kept. The community is youngish -- given the close proximity to the Universiity, but I don't feel like I'm in the middle of a college party. For the most part, residents are nice to one another, and after-hours noise is rarely a problem. Ryan (the manager) is quite personable and quick to address any concerns or maintenance issues that I have. I've lived in other places where the manager position was a revolving door. The fact that Ryan has been the only manager I've known during the last 4 years is a real plus. Chris (maintenance) is a gem. He goes the extra mile to make sure any problems are dealt with and also looks for ways to avoid future problems. He also makes sure that the common areas are clean and in good repair. I take advantage of the pool and hot tub and they are both always clean and crystal clear. Overall, this is the best apartment experience I've had in Utah -- great living space, solid management and staff, good community, and reliable maintenance.

The new property manager Ryan has been very helpful and has been making lots of changes and updates to the property. Any time I go down there he takes the time to help me and makes sure that any issues in my apartment are fixed in a timely manner. I have lived at this property since 2013 and it is the best place I have lived!

Best place to live

The manager, Ryan, is really nice and very understanding. He's always trying to make the property more comfortable for his tenants. The apartments are really nice and well kept. The maintenance staff does a really good job getting everything ready to be as nice as possible when you move in and they're usually very prompt about getting maintenance requests taken care of.

We recently moved into the Bridger Pointe apartments and thus far we are extremely pleased with the management and maintenance team. The lease process went very smooth and quick. And the property manager, Ryan, really took the time to answer any questions we had. The maintenance team addressed our issues promptly and very professionally. The property is also very clean and well put together. My wife likes the gym and we look forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi very soon! Highly recommend this centrally located apartment!

Lots of negative reviews here but I have really enjoyed my experience at Bridger Pointe! The management isn't the best, but if you pay your rent on time and stay on top of things you wont have problems. Word of advice though, don't live on the first floor or near the playground. The AC units are RIGHT outside of your bedroom windows and they are incredibly loud. Even when you are not using yours you have to listen to all of your neighbors' units. I'm glad we only lived there during the school year because if you were there all summer it might make you crazy. Also, there are kids outside playing on the playground and large grass area EVERYDAY and they are really loud and annoying. But other than that I really liked my apartment! Just pick a unit that isn't facing the playground and on upper floors.
