APARTMENT REVIEWS IN North Logan

I would definitely recommend living there !!! Landlord has always been very helpful and really quick to reply to any matters or concerns from maintenance to general stuff.Ryan is professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and always looking to keep the excellent service. Highly recommend this place!

Management has been very responsive to all service requests. Facility is maintained nicely with great landscaping. Pool and hot tub are a nice plus. Very convenient location to USU and local shopping.

Been living here for 3 years now and the management and staff has always been very responsive and friendly. Whenever there is an issue addressed they have always been quick to respond and have been very helpful over the past years.

I've been living here for about 2 months now and so far have really loved the experience. They listen well and are very accommodating and are always willing to help.

Absolutely loved living here and am sad to be leaving. Ryan, the office manger is very responsive and cares about the tenants and property. Whenever we had an issue it was fixed almost immediately. Defiantly would recommend living here.

Bridger Pointe Apartment are very nice. Ryan the property manger is awesome to work with. He is very nice and great to help solve any concerns. Maintenance is a little bit slow to get to things, but there is quite a few apartments. Awesome for pets.

Four Years and Counting! I don't normally post reviews, but after seeing all the negative comments about BridgerPointe and the management, I wanted to offer a contrasting commentary. I've lived here for several years and have never seen any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. In fact, I find that I receive great value for my money here, both in terms of my apartment and in dealing with the management folks. My apartment is nice. I like the layout and when I moved in, it was clean and everything was in perfect condition. The people here are nice, quick to say hello, and even though there are many young families and college students here, it is reasonably quiet. I don't have much need to go to the office, but when I do, I am greeted warmly. Ryan and his staff are professional and quick to take care of any problems I have. I have had very few maintenance issues. The few things that have come up have been quickly managed by Chris. Overall, I have chosen to stay here since 2013 because it is such a positive experience and I would recommend living here to my closest friends and family.
